Introducing Our New Services at Little Hands

We are so excited to have many options for supporting our children and families here at Little Hands!
  • In Person (Download Our Flyer): We are open for in-person clinic sessions with strict social distancing precautions and cleanliness protocols.
  • Outside Therapy (Download Our Flyer): We are fortunate to be able to utilize the amazing trails and outside expansive space at our clinic site in Corte Madera for outside therapy sessions consisting of the following themes:  social explorers, courageous kids, handwriting helpers, motivated movers & sensory fun / self regulators.
  • Group/Individual Sensory Motor Support (Download Our Flyer)Working with children on their individual academic curriculums, while also augmenting their social and sensory needs (emotional and physical self
    regulation).
  • Virtual Therapy/Telehealth: This is being offered via our HIPAA compliant Zoom video conferencing platform. Download our PDF with information about Tele-therapy.
  • Virtual Consults:  We can virtually consult with parents regarding home programs and managing children’s needs while out of school & summer camps (this is more important now than ever before!)

Fall Food School 2024

Last Chance to Sign Up for Fall Food School

About Food School:  Occupational Therapists will facilitate Food School using a responsive approach to feeding, with tenants from the evidence-based Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding. It emphasizes play-based exposures and opportunities to learn about novel and non-preferred foods. 

Group 1 (Ages 4-5 years, 11 months)

  • Dates: September 9th-November 18th
  • Day/Time: Mondays from 4:15 pm-5:15 pm

Group 2 (Ages 6-10)

  • Dates: September 11th-November 20th
  • Da/Time: Wednesdays from 4:30 pm-5:30 pm

Payment Information:

  • Payment details will be provided upon request.
  • All 11 Food School sessions + the one included parent consultation will be prepaid.
  • Given the nature of the feeding intervention and the pacing of therapy activities in a group setting, we will not offer make-ups for any missed food school sessions.
  • Superbills can be provided for those seeking insurance reimbursement. 

How to Sign Up:

  • For families currently receiving OT feeding therapy OR have participated in a previous OT feeding group: Please email Emily, at eo@littlehandsot.com to complete an updated food list & any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • For new families who have not received OT feeding services: To ensure appropriate peer pairing and group treatment goals, we require an initial evaluation to assess group readiness and appropriate fit for our sensory-based intervention approach to feeding. Please email our clinic coordinator, Emily, at eo@littlehandsot.com to schedule an initial screening and complete our OT Intake Form and Feeding History Questionnaire Form
